We had such a nice weekend. On Friday night Matt and I went out to dinner kind of alone. Payton still tags along on dates! But at least she was polite and slept through part of dinner. It's always nice to have adult conversation with Matt without interuption of taking about who's cool in kindergarten and "poo poo in potty". Briney usually says this after she's already left me a present in her diaper( although these are often my favorite subjects). Saturday we took the kids to Floyd Lamb State Park to feed the ducks and geese. They had fun throwing bread at the ducks and watching them scurry with excitement. Some of the geese were as tall as Brinley! Today we watched General Conference. It was great hearing President Monson. What a great man. I especially liked M.Russel Ballards talk on motherhood. Didn't it make you feel like pressing forward happily ladies? Congratulations to my sister who had a beautiful little boy this week. Welcome to the world Jack Christopher Malouf.
